Discover the Shocking 4.3 Million Lawsuit David Beckham filed against F45 Training

In a shocking development, David Beckham’s firm, DB Ventures, has lodged a litigation against F45 Training, a global fitness brand partly owned by Mark Wahlberg, in May of 2023.

Beckham, a renowned football star, alleges that he was tricked into signing an endorsement deal with F45 and did not receive the 0 million he was promised. This is not the first legal battle for F45 Training, as they were previously sued by golfer Greg Norman in 2022.

The international fitness and lifestyle community F45 boasts about 2000 studios spread across 60 countries. Wahlberg, a prominent Hollywood actor, has a 36 percent stake in F45 and has been serving as the chief brand officer since 2023.

It can be traced back to the year 2020, when Beckham entered into a five-year agreement with F45. As per the commitment, Beckham was supposed to receive nearly 1 million shares of F45 stock after the company went public.

The dispute arises here as Beckham asserts that he received his shares eight months late, and by that time, the stock had depreciated by .3 million. Additionally, Beckham alleges that he has not received another million in shares.

For the overall loss, Beckham is now seeking a compensation of 4.3 million. However, in September 2023, F45’s motion to dismiss this lawsuit was denied. In response, F45 denies all allegations made by Beckham and in turn accuses him of not fulfilling his obligations towards the company.

The connection between Beckham and Wahlberg was established through an introduction to F45 by Wahlberg himself. An interpretation suggested by a legal expert hints towards a possible discord between Beckham and Wahlberg due to this lawsuit.

Surprisingly, neither Beckham nor Wahlberg has made any public comments regarding the litigation.

A court date has been set for January 25, 2025, but signals suggest that the dispute might reach a settlement before the trial commences.
